Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot, sauté garlic and onion for 1.5 minutes.
Add beef, cook until no longer red, then stir in herbs, tomato paste, and cook for 1 minute.
Add crushed tomatoes, broth, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and pasta. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream and cook for 1-2 minutes until saucy and creamy.
Remove from heat, garnish with Parmesan and parsley, then serve.
Notes
Ensure pasta is cooked al dente to prevent over-softening.
