garlic, minced

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

black pepper

beef broth

  • 3 cups beef broth

milk or heavy cream

  • 2 cups milk or heavy cream

pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)

Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

parmesan cheese, grated

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

butter

  • 2 tbsp butter

fresh parsley, chopped

  • fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and seasonings; cook for 1 minute. Pour in beef broth and milk, then add pasta and Italian seasoning, ensuring it's mostly submerged.
  • Simmer covered for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in parmesan cheese and butter until melted. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot for a comforting meal.
