Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat until bubbling.
  • Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart.
  • Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic; cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; pour in beef broth and simmer briefly.
  • Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese; stir until melted and sauce is smooth.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk or a plant-based alternative. Be careful not to burn the garlic while sautéing for the best flavor.
