Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook peppers, onions, and chicken for 2-3 minutes until veggies soften and chicken browns.
Add cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning; stir and reduce heat to medium.
Pour in half and half and chicken broth, add pasta, and stir to cover noodles with liquid. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente and sauce thickens.
Stir in parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning, and loosen with additional broth if needed. Garnish with basil and parmesan, serve immediately.
