Instructions
Cube the chicken and measure all ingredients.
Sauté chicken in a large pot until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Add pasta, buffalo sauce, broth, and ranch; stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until pasta is al dente.
Stir in spinach until wilted, sprinkle cheese, cover until melted, then garnish with green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with additional green onions or hot sauce.
