Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Grains

  • 1 cup jasmine rice

Broth & Sauces

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Aromatics

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet; sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef; cook until browned, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in bell peppers; cook until softened.
  • Add chili sauce, soy sauce, broth, and rice; mix well and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  • Fluff rice, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce sodium content if desired.
