Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix chicken broth, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, pour the mixture over, and add rice around the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked and rice is tender.
Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
