Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
In the same pan, cook garlic and butter until fragrant. Add honey and soy sauce, then stir.
Add rice, coat with sauce, pour in chicken broth, then nestle chicken back in. Cover and simmer 18–22 minutes.
Uncover, fluff rice, sprinkle with parsley, garnish with lemon slices, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
