Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Roast for 10 minutes.
Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon, salt, and pepper; rub onto chicken. Add to pan.
Return to oven; roast for 15 minutes. Add green beans, toss with oil, salt, and garlic. Roast 15–20 minutes.
Rest chicken 5 minutes, then slice. Serve everything from the pan.
Notes
Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
