long grain white rice

Instructions
Cook rice: boil water, add rice, butter, salt; simmer 18 mins, rest 5 mins.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, basil.
Sauté shrimp in olive oil 2 mins per side; set aside.
In same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic 1 min, add cream and Parmesan; simmer 2-3 mins.
Return shrimp, add lemon juice and parsley; cook 1 min. Fluff rice and serve shrimp over rice.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
