long grain white rice

Instructions
Cook rice: boil water, add rice, butter, salt; simmer 18 mins, rest 5 mins.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, basil.
Sauté shrimp in olive oil 2 mins per side; set aside.
In same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté 1 min.
Add cream and Parmesan; simmer 2-3 mins until thickened. Return shrimp, add lemon juice and parsley; cook 1 min.
Fluff rice and serve shrimp over rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
