Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook chicken in olive oil until browned, then remove and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan until translucent.
Add rice, cook briefly, then pour in broth and cream. Simmer until rice is tender.
Return chicken to pan, stir in parmesan, and cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
