Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Grains

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice

Broth & Dairy

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Vegetables & Aromatics

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Oils & Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil until browned, then remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan until translucent.
  • Add rice, cook briefly, then pour in broth and cream. Simmer until rice is tender.
  • Return chicken to pan, stir in parmesan, and cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
