Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced onion and garlic; cook until fragrant.
Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in paprika, rosemary, salt, and bay leaves.
Pour in stock and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese; cook until sauce thickens. Remove bay leaves.
Garnish with chopped parsley and black pepper before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer to deepen the taste.
