Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional) optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) optional

Instructions
 

  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Add chicken broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer, and stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes, until al dente.
  • Melt butter in a separate pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Combine butter and garlic mixture with cooked noodles. Stir in Parmesan cheese (if using) and toss to combine.
  • Slice the cooked chicken and arrange on top of the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lower-sodium option, use low-sodium chicken broth and adjust seasoning accordingly.
