Instructions
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown. Set aside.
Add chicken broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer, and stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes, until al dente.
Melt butter in a separate pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine butter and garlic mixture with cooked noodles. Stir in Parmesan cheese (if using) and toss to combine.
Slice the cooked chicken and arrange on top of the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lower-sodium option, use low-sodium chicken broth and adjust seasoning accordingly.
