Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13 inch pan with parchment and spray.
Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
Sift in flour, cocoa, salt, and espresso powder; stir until just combined. Fold in 1 cup chopped chocolate.
Spread batter into pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool before cutting into squares. Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
