Instructions
Grind the oats using a nut grinder or food processor.
Mix egg, yogurt, vanilla, and honey in a bowl.
Add oats and baking soda to the mixture.
Preheat a non-stick pan with coconut oil or butter.
Pour batter to make small pancakes and flip when ready.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings!
Notes
For extra flavor, add cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter!
