Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg egg
  • 2.5 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Grind the oats using a nut grinder or food processor.
  • Mix egg, yogurt, vanilla, and honey in a bowl.
  • Add oats and baking soda to the mixture.
  • Preheat a non-stick pan with coconut oil or butter.
  • Pour batter to make small pancakes and flip when ready.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings!

Notes

For extra flavor, add cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter!
