Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Mix wet into dry until well combined.
  • Spread in baking dish and bake 20-25 mins.
  • Cool before cutting into bars.
