Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan.
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add melted butter and vanilla; stir until crumbly.
Press two-thirds of mixture into pan; spread preserves over.
Top with remaining mixture; bake 30–35 mins until golden.
Cool completely; cut into 12 squares.
