No-Bake Salted Caramel Protein Bars

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseed meal

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nuts ’N More Salted Caramel High Protein Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice

Toppings

  • to taste Flaked salt

Instructions
 

  • Add oats to a blender and blend into a fine flour.
  • Mix oat flour, protein powder, and flaxseed in a bowl.
  • Stir in peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and milk until combined.
  • Press mixture into a lined pan and sprinkle with flaked salt.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then cut into bars and serve.
