Ingredients
  

Base

  • 3/4 cup creamy salted peanut butter drippy, natural, preferably just peanuts and salt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt optional

Chocolate Topping

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
  • 2 Tbsp creamy salted peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Topping

  • Flaky sea salt Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, and salt; press into the pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips; stir in peanut butter and coconut oil, then pour over the base. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Freeze for 20 minutes until set, then slice into bars.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for best flavor and texture.
