Instructions
Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until combined. Press into pan.
Heat chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil in microwave until smooth. Pour over peanut butter layer.
Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours until firm. Slice into 12-14 bars and top with flaky sea salt.
