Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs into a 13x9 dish and refrigerate to set.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice and milk, mix well. Add pudding mix and beat until combined. Spread over crust.
Drop blueberry pie filling by spoonfuls onto lemon layer, spreading gently.
Top with whipped topping and optional graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, prepare the dessert a day ahead to allow flavors to meld and set properly.
