No Bake Lemon Blueberry Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 3.4 oz. instant lemon pudding dry
  • 21 oz. blueberry pie filling
  • 16 oz. frozen whipped topping thawed

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs into a 13x9 dish and refrigerate to set.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice and milk, mix well. Add pudding mix and beat until combined. Spread over crust.
  • Drop blueberry pie filling by spoonfuls onto lemon layer, spreading gently.
  • Top with whipped topping and optional graham cracker crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, prepare the dessert a day ahead to allow flavors to meld and set properly.
