Ingredients
  

Dough mixture

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or more)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (optional, see notes)

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  • Press the dough into a parchment-lined dish.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, then pour over the pressed dough.
  • Chill in freezer for 5 minutes until set, then slice into bars.

Notes

Optional flaky sea salt on top adds a nice touch.
