Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup peanut butter (or allergy friendly sub)
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Optional Add-ins

  • optional mini chocolate chips or chia seeds
  • optional tbsp coconut oil or melted chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add optional chia seeds or chocolate chips before or after blending.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Store on the counter, refrigerate, or freeze.

Notes

For best texture, use a food processor over a blender.
