Instructions
Toast dried chiles, then blend with vegetables, broth, and spices to make the sauce.
Cook beef chunks in a pot with the sauce until tender, about 2-3 hours.
Shred the cooked beef and assemble tacos with tortillas, cheese, cilantro, and Pico de Gallo.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
