Instructions
Mix ground turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, diced onions, sesame oil, and coconut aminos.
Soak rice papers in warm water until pliable, then place a spoonful of filling on each sheet.
Fold and roll rice papers to form dumplings, sealing edges with avocado spray oil.
Pan-fry or steam the dumplings until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve with red pickled ginger and lettuce leaves for wrapping.
