Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and water; pour into skillet and cook until thickened.
Toss in noodles, mix well, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
