plant-based vanilla protein powder

unsweetened cocoa powder

old-fashioned oats

Truvia (or other sweetener, to taste)

cold coffee
Instructions
Line a 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, and sweetener in a bowl.
Stir in cold coffee until smooth.
Press mixture into the pan evenly with a spatula.
Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.

Store in the refrigerator for best freshness.
