Mocha Brownie Protein Bars

Ingredients
  

Protein Powder

  • 3 scoops plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp Truvia (or other sweetener, to taste)
  • 1 cup cold coffee

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, and sweetener in a bowl.
  • Stir in cold coffee until smooth.
  • Press mixture into the pan evenly with a spatula.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
