Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
 

  • Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  • Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  • Place a layer of sauce in the slow cooker and arrange meatballs.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until meatballs are done.
  • Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
