Ingredients
  

Dairy & Milk Alternatives

  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, cashew, coconut, etc.)
  • cup chia seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan or Monkfruit for sugar-free)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 peach peach, pitted and diced

Instructions
 

  • Mix milk, chia seeds, honey, and salt in a bowl.
  • Let sit for 30-45 minutes or refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Mash some raspberries and mix with honey or blend to make a sauce. Set aside a few raspberries for garnish.
  • Dice peaches.
  • Layer pudding, fruit, and sauce in glasses, repeat, then garnish and serve.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Use ripe peaches and fresh raspberries for best flavor.
