peach
peach, pitted and diced
Instructions
Mix milk, chia seeds, honey, and salt in a bowl.
Let sit for 30-45 minutes or refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
Mash some raspberries and mix with honey or blend to make a sauce. Set aside a few raspberries for garnish.
Dice peaches.
Layer pudding, fruit, and sauce in glasses, repeat, then garnish and serve.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
Use ripe peaches and fresh raspberries for best flavor.
