Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add spices: salt, paprika, cumin, and cayenne; cook briefly to release flavors.
Add chopped tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes to develop sauce.
Mix ground beef with onion powder, coriander, cinnamon, and chopped cilantro; form into meatballs.
Add meatballs to the sauce and cook for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional cilantro before serving.
