Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken fillets about 1.5 lbs or 680 g

Marinade

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons mixed herbs such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  • Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Sear chicken in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
