Tortilla wraps

plain hummus

Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Toss turkey with oregano and garlic powder to season.
Slice vegetables, chop parsley, and combine with greens. Toss with half of the dressing.
Spread hummus on each tortilla, layer with seasoned turkey, veggie mixture, and feta. Roll tightly and slice diagonally.
Serve immediately or wrap for later.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the rolled wraps briefly in a skillet before serving.
