Instructions
In a bowl, combine drained tuna, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard, chopped bell pepper, olives, parsley, and olive oil.
Spread the tuna mixture evenly onto each wrap.
Add arugula on top of the tuna mixture.
Roll up each wrap tightly and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the wraps sit for 10 minutes before serving.
