Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just shy of al dente; reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low; sauté sliced garlic until soft.
Add cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes; cook 3-4 minutes until tomatoes blister.
Add drained tuna to skillet; warm for 1 minute.
Combine pasta, reserved water, and olive oil; toss to emulsify the sauce.
Finish with lemon juice, zest, parsley, and black pepper; serve immediately.

Use high-quality tuna and fresh herbs for best flavor.
