Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine zucchinis, yellow squashes, and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil, add seasonings, and toss to coat.
Spread veggies on the baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes.
Stir halfway through roasting for even cooking.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
