  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme

Wraps

  • 4 pieces Whole-wheat tortilla or spinach wrap or regular flour tortilla or gluten-free wrap or lettuce wrap

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Tomatoes (sliced or diced)
  • 1 cup Cucumbers
  • 0.5 cup Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach or lettuce

Additional toppings

  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
  • 0.25 cup Pickled banana peppers

Sauces & Dips

  • 0.5 cup Hummus
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 0.25 cup Lemon-herb vinaigrette
  • 0.25 cup Spicy feta dip
  • 0.25 cup Baba ghanoush

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with spices, then cook and slice.
  • Warm the wrap to make it pliable.
  • Spread sauce, add greens, chicken, and vegetables, then roll up.
  • Fold sides and roll tightly, then cut in half before serving.
