Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 3 slices Blueberry Banana Bread cut into cubes
  • 1 piece Banana sliced
  • 2 cartons Silk Blueberry Yogurt Alternative approximately 5.3 ounces each
  • 0.5 cup frozen organic blueberries or fresh
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Bake the blueberry banana bread, replacing Greek yogurt with one container of Silk Dairy-Free Blueberry Yogurt Alternative. Cool overnight in the fridge.
  • Layer in each mason jar: 1/2 container of yogurt, bread cubes, sliced bananas, blueberries, another 1/2 container of yogurt, bread cubes, and pecans.
  • Cover with lids and refrigerate for up to 72 hours.

Notes

Prepare the bread the night before for best results.
