preferably packed in oil

Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and spices. Simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the skillet. Cook until sauce thickens.
Garnish with fresh basil and additional parmesan before serving.
Notes
Use oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes for richer flavor. Adjust spice levels to taste.
