Instructions
Mix olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add garlic to the marinade and reserve 1 tablespoon for later. Coat the salmon in the marinade.
Seal salmon with marinade in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Cook salmon on grill for 5-6 minutes per side or bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade before serving.
Notes
Marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
