Ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (4-6 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • for serving lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Mix olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add garlic to the marinade and reserve 1 tablespoon for later. Coat the salmon in the marinade.
  • Seal salmon with marinade in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
  • Cook salmon on grill for 5-6 minutes per side or bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade before serving.

Notes

Marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
