Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix apples with maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice; spread in baking dish.
Combine oats, pecans, flour, sugar, butter, and salt; sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 45 minutes until topping is golden and apples are bubbly.
Cool slightly before serving, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
For extra crunch, add a handful of chopped nuts on top before baking.
