Ingredients
  

Bread and Milk

  • 3 slices bread
  • 0.67 cup milk
  • 2 eggs eggs

Seasonings

  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix bread and milk, then combine with ground beef, eggs, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs and bake for 20 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, combine ketchup, maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and water. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to glaze.

Notes

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
