Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Mix mashed bananas and melted butter until combined.
Stir in egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; stir just until combined.
Divide batter into muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full. Bake 15-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool muffins in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
