Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 cup mango chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup peach peeled, seeded and sliced, fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup almond milk or dairy milk
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey optional
  • 2 ice cubes ice cubes
  • 0.5 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add peaches, mango, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If too thick, add more milk and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with mango and peach slices, if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can use frozen fruits to skip the ice cubes for a creamier texture.
