Fruits

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 piece banana

Dairy

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

Seeds & Nuts

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Liquid

  • 1 ½ cups whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 60 seconds.
  • Taste and add more milk if too thick.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Use frozen mango for a colder, creamier smoothie.
