Instructions
Add oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Toast orzo and rice until golden.
Pour in broth, add butter and Greek seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and zest, then fluff and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or additional lemon.
