Instructions
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Cook rice in chicken broth until tender, about 15 minutes.
In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in cooked rice and garnish with parsley.
Serve grilled chicken with garlic butter rice.
Notes
