Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the drained tuna to the skillet and break it up with a spoon.
Stir in the lemon juice and cook for another minute.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet, toss to combine, and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For extra flavor, add more lemon juice or fresh herbs.
