  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper with olive oil.
  • Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
