Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Heat olive oil in skillet, cook chicken until golden, then remove.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet, add broccoli and broth, cover and cook 3-4 mins.
Return chicken to skillet, add lemon juice and zest, cook 1-2 mins.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or serve with rice or quinoa.
